Over the years many draws have changed the number of results they include, so the way of presenting them must be flexible enough to handle each of the alternatives.
A solid dialogue model ensures the speaker’s intents are correctly recognized, with special attention to the way regular customers refer to each draw.
A particularly challenging technical aspect was handling date-related queries. This tool has been optimized to interpret and answer requests that contain both specific and ambiguous dates. So, faced with questions such as “What was the result of Friday’s Triplex?” or “How high did the Eurojackpot jackpot get last year?”, the skill demonstrates its ability to handle and deliver precise information.
