PRIVACY POLICY
#1 MINDGEIST AND THE USER
The company MINDGEIST S.L., with its registered office at Eduardo Mazón 2, 28042 - Madrid (Spain) and holder of the CIF number B85450302 (hereinafter, "MINDGEIST" or the "Company"), is the owner of the Skill (hereinafter, the "Skill"). The activation and use of the Skill grant the user status of the same (hereinafter, the "User") and imply the full, unreserved and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of use of the Skill. Users can activate the Skill and use it without needing to register. This privacy policy of the Skill (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") together with the terms and conditions of use of the Skill regulate the use of the Skill by the User and the relationship between the latter and MINDGEIST. This Privacy Policy specifically regulates the processing of Users' personal data by MINDGEIST and has been drafted in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection, the Internet, and e-commerce.
#2 WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
MINDGEIST is the company responsible for the processing of Users' personal data. Currently, MINDGEIST will only process usage data of the Users if they activate the functionality, and in no case will access or use Users' personal data. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. MINDGEIST will not use Users' personal data for any other purpose than those expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy unless it is a purpose expressly permitted or required by applicable law or MINDGEIST has previously obtained the appropriate consent from the Users. All data provided by the User will be processed by MINDGEIST in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, and in any case will be considered confidential information for MINDGEIST staff who manage such information.
#3 YOUR RIGHTS
As a User, you have the right to access your information, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as well as to object to its processing. Furthermore, the User has the right to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
#4 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may change over time as a result of legislative or jurisprudential developments or the establishment of new criteria by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Therefore, MINDGEIST reserves the right to review, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time, in which case it will duly inform the Users of such change so that they can accept the new privacy policy.
